Who are we?

AI Technology has been in the IT Support industry since 2001. We started off with a few small businesses that we are proud to say are still our clients and have grown with us. We have offices in Centurion and Pretoria East, which are the main areas we service. We remotely support several clients in other areas and provinces. We deliver a wide range of IT services to ensure seamless integration of systems.

We specialise in legal firms, especially in the conveyancing arena, and have proven ourselves to be reliable, providing excellent service. Our quality of service is the reason we retain clients. Data security, redundancy and system reliability are key factors in this industry as our clients’ vendors are companies like ABSA, Nedbank, Standard Bank, FNB, Investec, RMB and other leading financial institutions. These vendors demand data privacy, disaster recovery and business continuity plans. We design, maintain and support our systems to meet these demands.

Although our largest client base is conveyancers and notaries, we also provide managed support services to a diverse and ever growing number of clients outside these areas. From engineering firms and consultants, automotive services and repair companies, to retail and marketing companies, and even firms in the IT field. We provide a complete solution, so that you can concentrate on your core business.

We have a small, but dedicated team of technicians, who support clients on-site and, where appropriate, via secure, remote applications, by telephone and via e-mail. Over the years we have built lasting relationships with suppliers, ensuring quality up-stream support with regards to sales, warranties and repairs. We also support your 3rd party suppliers to ensure that their services and systems easily integrate with existing systems.

How We Work

At AI Technology we have three different levels of service: On site, Bench and Remote.

  • Remote

    The quickest and simplest way for us to help you with a problem is to log into your computer remotely. We use a secure program to access your desktop from our offices. This allows us to fix simple problems quickly and easily.



  • On Site

    With On Site service we send a technician to your office. When the problem is a little stickier, it’s often best that we come to you to find the fault and fix it.



  • Off Site

    Off site support is for those times where you’re in a real bind. If your computer needs a complete overhaul, to be formatted or needs some serious TLC, we will take it with us and work on it at our own offices.
